We did it! We completed another month with #maywritingchallenge and you all stayed true to the month’s motto: Rock Your Creative Writing Spirit!
With all the pressures of life it’s hard to balance everything. We’ve had many bumps in the road: Work demands, family, writer’s block, research, etc. But most important- We stayed the course. And that’s all that mattered.
Be proud of yourselves. Know that pursuing a passion demands that we sacrifice, balance. It also means pushing through the tough spots, not giving up-no matter what. You’ve all proved that with your huge daily word counts, edit times and motivating others in the group when there were times of frustration.
This group has afforded me new friendships, motivation, accountability and most of all, support. It has been my pleasure being your leader for #maywritingchallenge and I am grateful for all the support, encouragement and guidance that you all have given me.
Also, let’s give a big welcome applause to all our newbies this month! Welcome guys-we’re so glad to have you-and now you’re stuck with us! *and the crowd goes wild*
If possible, please stay with us for #junewritingchallenge and beyond.
And now, here are the results for Perfect Attendance for the Month (All Days), Perfect Attendance for Week 4 (Days 22-31), and Participants for the Month(those who logged a word count within the month): in that order.
